Enrolment deadlines vary by university, so it's best to check our key dates page for further information. Most enrolments for Study Period 1 will close on Sunday 23rd February 2025.

If you'd like to start a course now but you're not sure about the availability, please give us a call on 13 67 36 or book a phone chat with a student advisor.

What is online study like?

As an online student, you'll study exactly the same material that you would on campus. But you'll have much more control over your study experience. You can choose when you view lectures and respond to tutorial discussions, dictate the number of subjects you take on at a time (your study load), and even pause your studies when life gets busy.

How do I enrol in a course or subject?

In most cases, you can enrol online. Once you've decided what to study, visit the course or subject page and select the Enrol button. You'll be prompted to register for an Open Universities Australia account, so that you can complete your enrolment through the Student Hub. Once there, you'll receive information about the start date, tuition fees and any entry requirements. Follow the steps to provide your relevant personal information, which we'll pass onto your university.
